User Account

Your CrossTrade account is platform-aware. A switcher at the top of the navigation flips the dashboard between NinjaTrader 8 and Tradovate mode, and the platform tools follow that choice: Home, Webhooks, and the rest load the version built for your broker. Tools that haven't shipped for Tradovate yet appear dimmed with a SOON chip in the app, so what you can click always matches what's actually available.

Webhooks​

Webhooks are fully live on both platforms: a webhook routes to NinjaTrader 8 or Tradovate based on its destination. The Webhooks section provides access to key webhook tools and features, including:

  • Master Controls - Kill switch, closing-only mode, and the global trading window.
  • Webhook Trader - Execute directly from the dash for testing or trading purposes.
  • Command Examples - Explore ready-made commands for quick implementation.
  • Alert History - A complete record of all requests sent to CrossTrade.
  • Automation Wizard - Craft fully CrossTrade compatible alert messages.

Account Manager​

Available on both platforms.

The Account Manager allows you to oversee your active trading accounts, with advanced management features such as:

  • Profit & Loss Thresholds - Set predefined limits for your trading performance.
  • Trading Windows - Automate trading times for better discipline.
  • EOD Auto-Flattening - Ensure positions are closed at the end of the day.
  • Minimum Profit Threshold & Trailing Drawdown - Maintain control over risk parameters directly within your NinjaTrader account.

Trade Copier​

Available on both platforms. Execution (fill-driven) mode on Tradovate is in beta.

The Trade Copier copies between your NinjaTrader 8 accounts, or between your Tradovate accounts.

  • Execute trades on your platform or via a webhook
