Is the program open to all members?

Yes! Existing CrossTrade members can join the affiliate program from inside the CrossTrade dashboard.

Does the commission apply to all sales?

Yes! All sales using your promo code for monthly or yearly subscriptions are paid out.

Is there a time window for how long my referrals last?

Nope! You get paid for the entire length of time the referral maintains a subscription.

How and when do I get paid?

We pay out any commissions on the 15th of each month for the sales from the following month via PayPal. (i.e. June sales get paid July 15th)

Do you use affiliate links for tracking my referrals?

No, we're only using promo codes at checkout to track sales. Referrals must use your affiliate promo code at checkout to be attributed to your account.

I referred someone but did not get credited?

Referrals only count for new users who have never registered a crosstrade account before and users must use your promo code at checkout
