Hours: ~15–20 per week to start, with the potential to scale to full‑time as CrossTrade grows

We’ve built a passionate community of traders who rely on CrossTrade every day. Now we’re looking for one of those traders—someone who already gets the platform—to take the lead on social media, content, and brand storytelling. If you’ve ever thought, “I could explain this better,” we want to hear from you. This is an opportunity for you to join a small team with big plans.
College degree optional. We value results and industry know‑how over diplomas.
Trading chops. You trade—or follow—futures or forex, and you understand the retail‑prop‑firm ecosystem (TopStep, Apex, etc.).
Content creator DNA. You can storyboard, shoot, and edit a five‑minute explainer that actually keeps traders watching.
Social savvy. You’ve run or grown a brand account before, or built an engaged personal following in the trading space.
Analytical eye. Comfortable pulling YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite data to prove what’s working.
Startup mindset. You’re scrappy, self‑directed, and thrive in environments where priorities can shift with market conditions.
We're flexible, but this is a non traditional project‑based, or a performance‑linked opportunity. Let’s talk about what motivates you and aligns with CrossTrade’s early‑stage budget.
