Standard does not include access to our API, Trade Copier, or the NT8 Account Management (NAM) features. Both plans allow for unlimited webhook alerts.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. You can upgrade or change your plan on the My Account page inside your dashboard.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You have the flexibility to cancel anytime. We do not provide refunds on our paid plans. Be sure to take full advantage of your trial period before deciding to upgrade. For more information, visit our Refund Policy.
Do you offer an Affiliate Program?

Do both subscriptions receive the same NT8 Add-On?
Yes! Both plans include the NT8 Add-On and all features to support sending webhooks from an external platform like TradingView to NinjaTrader 8.
Do both subscriptions receive future updates?
Yes! Any updates to the core NinjaTrader Add-On are included with both plans. We reserve the right to make changes to the plans, including limiting certain features and adjusting prices.
Are there any other hidden costs or yearly "maintenance" fees?
Nope! We're not fans of those either.
Can I send alerts to multiple NinjaTrader Accounts?
Yes! Use our Multi-Account placement feature to submit a single alert to multiple accounts. Simply separate the accounts with a comma in your command: account=sim101,sim102,sim103;
Will CrossTrade work with any NinjaTrader account type?
Yes! Any NinjaTrader account type is compatible, including Demo, Sim, Live, and prop trading evaluation accounts.
