The CrossTrade LLC Affiliate Program is designed to reward affiliates for promoting our products and services. Please note that while we provide access to the affiliate software, this service is offered through a third-party platform, PromoteKit. CrossTrade LLC is not affiliated with PromoteKit and does not own, control, or operate this software.
CrossTrade LLC does not assume any liability or responsibility for any technical issues, data management, or privacy concerns related to the use of PromoteKit. Any inquiries or issues concerning the functionality or data practices of the affiliate software should be directed to PromoteKit.
By participating in the CrossTrade LLC Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. CrossTrade LLC is not responsible for any losses, technical failures, or damages that may occur due to the use of PromoteKit’s services.
2. Your participation in the affiliate program is subject to CrossTrade LLC’s terms and conditions, which may be amended at our discretion.
3. It is your responsibility to review and comply with PromoteKit's terms of service and privacy policy.
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
1.1. The CrossTrade Affiliate Program (“Program”) is open to all current, active CrossTrade members in good standing who have been approved via the CrossTrade dashboard.
1.2. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions as well as any other policies published by CrossTrade.
2. Promo Code Usage & Self-Promotion
2.1. Affiliates must use their unique promo code to track referrals. Commissions are only attributed when a new user enters your affiliate promo code during checkout.
2.2. Self-promotion for the purpose of receiving a discounted rate on your own CrossTrade subscription is strictly prohibited. Using your own affiliate promo code to purchase or renew your personal subscription or otherwise attempting to manipulate the program’s commission structure is grounds for immediate termination from the Program.
3. Referral Qualifications
3.1. A “Qualified Referral” is an individual who:
Has not previously held a CrossTrade account. Completes a purchase (monthly or yearly subscription) using your unique affiliate promo code.
3.2. CrossTrade reserves the right to deny credit for any referral if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
3.3. In cases where you refer someone but do not get credited, CrossTrade will investigate. However, please note that referrals only count for new users who have never registered a CrossTrade account, and the affiliate code must be used at checkout.
4. Commission & Payment
4.1. Commissions are earned on each subscription (monthly or yearly) sold via your affiliate promo code.
4.2. There is no time limit on earning commissions; you will continue to earn commissions as long as the referred subscriber’s account remains active and paid.
4.3. Commissions are paid out on the 15th day of each month for sales generated during the previous calendar month. (For example, commissions earned on sales in June are paid on July 15th.)
4.4. CrossTrade will determine the method of payment (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, or other). You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and ensuring compliance with any tax or legal obligations in your jurisdiction.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. Affiliates may not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to:
Spam (unsolicited email or messaging).
Misrepresentation of CrossTrade’s products, services, or pricing.
Offering unauthorized discounts or coupons not explicitly provided by CrossTrade.
5.2. Affiliates may not use their own affiliate codes to receive discounts or commissions on their own subscription. If such activity is detected, CrossTrade reserves the right to revoke all commissions and terminate your affiliate status immediately.
6. Program Modification & Termination
6.1. CrossTrade reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time. This may include changes to commission rates, payment schedules, or eligibility requirements.
6.2. In the event of termination, CrossTrade will pay any outstanding legitimate commissions earned up to the effective date of termination, provided you have complied with these Terms & Conditions.
7. Liability & Indemnification
7.1. CrossTrade will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with the Program.
7.2. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrossTrade from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Relationship of Parties
8.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed to create any partnership, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and CrossTrade.
8.2. You have no authority to make or accept any offers, representations, or commitments on CrossTrade’s behalf.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
9.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CrossTrade is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9.2. Any disputes arising under or relating to the Program shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures set by CrossTrade, or if none is specified, then in a court of competent jurisdiction in CrossTrade’s principal place of business.
10. Acceptance & Updates
10.1. By joining the Program, you acknowledge you have read and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
10.2. CrossTrade may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
