The Partner API opens the door to CrossTrade's Trading and Management APIs for your members. It handles their lifecycle and authorization, so each request reaches the right customer's accounts.

For your own accounts, Trading API access starts with Pro and the Management API requires Elite. Serving customers through the Partner API requires an approved Partner subscription.

Trading your own account and connecting your customers are different jobs. CrossTrade's Partner Program gives approved businesses a defined route to customer-authorized Tradovate access through our APIs.

Pricing that follows your membership.

Your Partner subscription combines a monthly base fee with metered seat-day usage. You fund your members' CrossTrade access, and your application handles the product you sell them. We'll discuss rates and your intended scale during onboarding.

Before you build

Who is the CrossTrade Partner Program for?

Business owners, website operators, trading communities and software developers building a product for their own customers. You provide the application and customer experience. CrossTrade provides member onboarding and supported Tradovate trading and automation infrastructure.

Does the Partner API support NinjaTrader 8?

No. The Partner API is for Tradovate only. Delegated Trading and Management access does not include NinjaTrader 8. CrossTrade’s separate retail Trading API supports both NT8 and Tradovate for your own accounts.

Is the program open to everyone?

Applications are open, and access is currently invite-only. Tell us about your business, your use case and the members you expect to serve. We review the fit and discuss pricing and onboarding before enabling Partner access.

Do I need my own Tradovate OAuth application?

For an approved CrossTrade Partner integration, your customers connect Tradovate through CrossTrade’s hosted Connect flow. Your backend uses a CrossTrade OAuth client and member tokens to call CrossTrade’s supported APIs. You are integrating with CrossTrade, rather than registering your own direct Tradovate OAuth application.

Is this a ready-made white-label website?

You build and host your own application. CrossTrade supplies the APIs and hosted connection flow. Members see CrossTrade during connection and consent; their day-to-day product experience is yours.

How does Partner pricing work?

Partner subscriptions combine a monthly base fee with usage billed per member seat-day. Rates are discussed during onboarding. Your business funds its members’ CrossTrade seats, and you can inspect usage through the Partner API.

Can I use it for prop firm customers?

You can build for customers with supported Tradovate accounts, including eligible prop firm accounts. Account eligibility, customer authorization and each firm’s rules determine what can run. Partner access does not override those rules.

Is this the affiliate program?

The Partner Program is for building a product on CrossTrade’s infrastructure. The Affiliate Program is for referring traders to CrossTrade and earning commissions.
