Can I automate Tradovate from TradingView?
Yes. CrossTrade can receive a TradingView webhook alert and route an eligible order to a connected Tradovate account. Test the exact alert and order payload in demo before using live funds.
Send a TradingView alert to a linked Tradovate account through CrossTrade's cloud
connection. Authorize with OAuth, add destination=tradovate;, and test in
Demo first. Native cloud routing is generally available.
CrossTrade turns a TradingView alert into a Tradovate order through a hosted webhook connection. You create the alert in TradingView, send it to your CrossTrade webhook URL, test the payload in demo, then use the same workflow for eligible live trading.
For Tradovate Web, the webhook path runs in the cloud. You do not need to keep NinjaTrader, a home computer, or a VPS running for that route.

Not for CrossTrade's cloud Tradovate Web webhook route. The alert is received and routed in the cloud, so a local computer and VPS are not required for that workflow.
Confirm the TradingView alert fires, the webhook payload is valid, the connected account is correct, the symbol and quantity are correct, and the order behaves as expected in demo. Traders are responsible for their broker, prop-firm, and risk rules.
Native routing, brackets, risk controls, and signal-mode copying are generally available. Fill-driven copying, CrossTrade-managed target-fill breakeven, consensus-triggered trail activation, and durable trigger replay remain beta. A pending triggered trail keeps its native fixed stop until handoff.
Here is what the Tradovate cloud integration covers today.
Authorize once from My Account, Brokers tab. CrossTrade holds only a refresh token, never your password, and the link runs entirely in the cloud. Your computer can be off.
Add destination=tradovate; to your alert and the webhook order routes to your linked Tradovate account, using the command syntax you already use.
Apex, Topstep, and other Tradovate-based funded firms link through Link Demo. Funded and evaluation accounts are Tradovate Demo accounts, and CrossTrade handles them.
Tradovate requires automated orders to be flagged. CrossTrade sets isAutomated on every order it places for you. There is nothing to configure.
Alert History badges every Tradovate order, and a broker toggle in the header switches your live positions, orders, and P&L between NinjaTrader and Tradovate.
Link Tradovate once, add destination=tradovate; to the alert command, then send a Demo test and confirm it in Alert History.
Open My Account, Brokers tab. Click Link Live or Link Demo and authorize through Tradovate's OAuth screen.
Add one line to your TradingView alert: destination=tradovate;. Everything else is the command syntax you already know.
Fire the alert. The order executes in Tradovate's cloud and shows in Alert History with a Tradovate badge.
Standard, Pro, and Elite all route webhook orders to Tradovate at no extra cost. Pick the plan that fits the rest of your workflow. The Tradovate destination comes with all of them.
Start a free 7-day trial, link your Tradovate account in a couple of clicks, and route your first cloud order today.
