At CrossTrade, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair subscription experience. To ensure customers can evaluate our platform before committing, we offer a free 7-day full-access trial, requiring no credit card. Trial accounts do not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Intentional Conversion & Service Verification: By upgrading from the free trial to a paid subscription, the user confirms that they have completed the full 7-day, full-access trial, have fully evaluated the platform's features, and affirm that the service is as described and functional. This action is considered an intentional and final purchase.
Intentional Conversion, Service Verification, and Acceptance:
CrossTrade provides a free, no-credit-card-required, 7-day trial that grants full, unrestricted access to the complete suite of tools, features, and functionality available in the paid subscription.
By choosing to upgrade from this comprehensive trial to a paid subscription, the user explicitly confirms that they have:
- Fully evaluated and tested the platform's features, speed, and suitability.
- Affirmed that the service is satisfactory, functional, and delivered exactly as described and advertised during the trial period.
The user expressly acknowledges that the free trial serves as the definitive opportunity for feature verification and satisfaction assessment. Therefore, any subsequent claim that the "service was not as described" due to the absence of an unadvertised, missing, or desired feature is explicitly agreed by the user to be invalid grounds for a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute.
Refund Window: A refund may be requested within 24 hours of the initial subscription purchase, provided the request is submitted directly to CrossTrade via one of the contact methods listed below. Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be honored. Refunds are not available for recurring monthly charges. It is the subscriber's responsibility to cancel prior to their renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refund Window: A refund may be requested within 24 hours of the initial subscription purchase, provided the request is submitted directly to CrossTrade via one of the contact methods listed below. Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be honored.
Renewal Grace Period: If your annual subscription auto-renews and you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the renewal charge date. Grace period refund requests must be submitted directly to CrossTrade. Refund requests made after 72 hours of an annual renewal will not be honored.

Additional methods to cancel or contact CrossTrade

2. Use the form on our Contact Us page to submit a cancellation request.
3. Use our in-app Chat feature for more assistance.
Due to the unique nature of Virtual Private Server (VPS) services, which require the immediate and non-reusable allocation of dedicated hardware resources (CPU, RAM, Storage, and IP addresses) We do not offer a free trial for the VPS services. In addition, upon payment, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:
VPS Refunds (Non-Refundable After Provisioning) All VPS fees, whether monthly or annual, are strictly non-refundable once the server has been provisioned and access credentials have been delivered.
Your payment serves as consideration for the immediate and dedicated allocation of hardware resources for the entire billing period. Due to the high, non-recoverable costs associated with instantly provisioning these dedicated resources, we do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, after the VPS is activated and credentials have been issued.
By purchasing a VPS subscription, the user acknowledges and agrees that the service is delivered by the act of provisioning and granting access, and this action serves as the point of irrevocable service delivery and access.
VPS Cancellation
You may cancel your VPS subscription at any time. However, cancellation requests apply only to future billing cycles and do not entitle the customer to a refund for the current or any unused portion of the subscription period. The VPS service will remain active and accessible until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Chargebacks: The user agrees that payment for the VPS is made in exchange for the specific hardware and network resource allocation as described on the product page. Any dispute alleging that the "service was not as described" that relates to compatibility with third-party software, user configuration errors, or the absence of unadvertised features is expressly considered invalid grounds for a chargeback. CrossTrade will provide evidence of resource provisioning and access delivery to counter any such dispute.
CrossTrade is a digital service platform. Service delivery occurs immediately upon subscription activation and is verified by any of the following:
- Account activation and dashboard access
- Add-on download and installation
- WebSocket connection to CrossTrade servers
- Webhook alert processing and execution
- Access to all platform features and tools
The user acknowledges that service delivery is confirmed upon any of the above actions being recorded. CrossTrade maintains detailed activity logs of service usage and delivery, which may be presented as evidence in the event of a payment dispute.
All refund requests, including those within the 24-hour purchase window and the 72-hour annual renewal grace period, must meet the following requirements:
1. Submitted directly to CrossTrade via email ([email protected]), in-app Chat, or our Contact Us page.
2. Received within the applicable time window — 24 hours for new purchases, 72 hours for annual renewals.
3. Include the user's registered email address associated with their CrossTrade account.
Refund requests submitted through a bank, card issuer, or payment dispute process do not qualify under this policy. Users who bypass this process and file a chargeback instead of contacting CrossTrade directly may forfeit their eligibility for a refund and may be subject to account suspension.
CrossTrade maintains comprehensive service delivery records including login timestamps, IP addresses, feature usage logs, add-on connection history, and webhook processing data. This evidence will be submitted to the payment processor and card network in response to any payment dispute.
By subscribing, the user acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- A free, full-access, 7-day trial was provided and completed prior to purchase.
- Refund options are available as described in this policy and must be exercised directly with CrossTrade before initiating a dispute.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for services that were delivered, accessed, and used — without first contacting CrossTrade to request a refund — constitutes a breach of these terms.
- CrossTrade reserves the right to submit all available evidence of service delivery, account usage, trial completion, and policy acceptance in response to any dispute.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in: permanent account suspension, referral to collections, and reporting to fraud prevention databases.
Trial-to-Paid Conversion is Final: Users who upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan acknowledge that this is a non-refundable, intentional purchase. Furthermore, the user agrees that the provision of the full-featured, 7-day trial period constitutes an irrefutable opportunity to verify service quality. Disputing this charge on the grounds of "service not as described" or lack of a specific feature is a violation of these terms and may result in the permanent suspension of your CrossTrade account.
No Retroactive Cancellations: Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles only and do not entitle the customer to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
Chargeback Disputes: Filing a chargeback against our refund policy will result in an immediate and the permanent suspension of your CrossTrade account and access to all our services.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy and acknowledge that refunds are not provided outside of the terms outlined above.
