Browser Extension

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and CrossTrade LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the CrossTrade Alerts Manager Chrome Extension (“Extension”). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

This Agreement supplements the CrossTrade Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By installing or using the CrossTrade Alerts Manager Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Purpose of the Extension

The Extension enables users to:
‍
- Retrieve and display TradingView alert data for review and management;
- Sync alerts to a linked CrossTrade.io account;
- Export alerts to Google Sheets with user authorization.

The Extension is a utility tool intended solely for personal, non-commercial use in conjunction with TradingView.com, CrossTrade.io, and optionally, Google Sheets.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, CrossTrade LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension solely for your own personal or internal business use.

Restrictions

You agree not to:
‍
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension;
- Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or third-party terms (including TradingView’s or Google’s);
- Resell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Extension to others;
- Circumvent authentication or authorization protocols used in the Extension;
- Modify or create derivative works of the Extension.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Extension is owned by CrossTrade LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CrossTrade LLC. Trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed within the Extension are the property of their respective owners. Use of these Marks does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Privacy and Data Use

The Extension may access:
‍
- Locally stored TradingView alert data and Username;
- Your CrossTrade.io login session;
- Your Google Sheets data (with your explicit consent via OAuth2).

We do not collect personally identifiable TradingView data or account credentials. Anonymous usage data may be collected if you opt in.

Third Party Services

The Extension relies on external services including:

- TradingView.com (alerts data),
- Google Sheets (data export),
- CrossTrade.io (account sync and webhook features).

You agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service used. CrossTrade LLC is not responsible for the availability, security, or accuracy of these services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROSSTRADE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROSSTRADE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE EXTENSION.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Extension is to stop using it.

Termination

CrossTrade LLC may suspend or terminate this license at any time if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Extension.

Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
