Session P/L
Tracks realized P/L from session start. Hit your threshold, flatten the account, done. The simplest mode for traders who want hard daily limits.
Cut losers, let winners run
Enforces loss limits but lets profitable trades continue past your profit target. Stops the bleeding without capping the upside.
Continuous monitoring
Monitors unrealized P/L and resets the baseline each time you flatten. Keeps protecting you all session instead of shutting off after a single trigger.

Every feature runs independently per account. Set different rules for your sim, your eval, and your funded account — the Account Manager treats each one individually.
Profit & Loss Thresholds
Set independent profit and loss targets per account. When hit, the Account Manager can flatten positions, disable alerts, switch to closing-only mode, or do nothing. Configurable per side — set a loss limit with no profit cap, or vice versa.
COREMinimum Profit Threshold
Protect your gains. Once session P/L passes a trigger level, a floor is established. If profits fall below that floor, the Account Manager flattens the account — locking in at least some of the day's gains instead of letting a winner turn into a loser.
CORETrailing Drawdown
A trailing stop for your entire session. The Account Manager records your peak P/L and calculates a trailing protection level — dollar or percentage based. The level only moves up, never down. Works on session P/L or net liq.
COREEnd-of-Day Flattening
Define a time (HH:mm ET) and the Account Manager automatically closes all positions on that account. Fully server-side — runs as long as your monitor is enabled and the XT Add-On is connected. No manual intervention needed.
AUTOMATIONTrading Windows
Up to 5 custom trading windows per account. Alerts are only accepted during your defined time ranges. Outside those windows, CrossTrade blocks new entries automatically. Perfect for avoiding news events or overnight drift.

Outlier Protection
Price feed glitches happen. NinjaTrader occasionally reports P/L that doesn't match reality — stale quotes, bad data, momentary spikes. Outlier Protection cross-references reported P/L against independent calculations before allowing a kill. Choose Low, Medium, or High sensitivity. All levels auto-scale to your instruments and position sizes.
SAFETYMonitor Lock
Prevents impulsive restarts after a threshold kill. When your monitor stops because you hit a limit, Monitor Lock keeps it stopped until you deliberately acknowledge and restart. No "just one more trade" after a bad session.
SAFETYTandem Mode
Binds the Trade Copier to your Account Manager monitors. Copying only runs while the corresponding monitor is active. Hit a loss limit? All linked copiers halt instantly. No stray orders on follower accounts, no surprise positions.
SAFETYConfigurable P/L Calculation
Choose whether to include commissions in your calculations. Choose whether to factor in unrealized gains. Use total P/L or realized-only — each account gets its own configuration. Thresholds update on the fly and push instantly to NT8.
