What are the differences between Standard, Pro, and Elite?

Pro ($49/mo) adds the Trade Copier, NT8 Account Manager, and full REST API access for multi-account control. Elite (beta pricing $79/mo, regularly $99/mo) is for multi-machine traders and adds Signal Share (broadcast trades over our 5ms Chicago relay) and our MCP server for AI Trading Agents.

Is there a free trial?

Why does Elite show a Beta Pricing badge?

Elite is launching in beta. We are running the introductory rate at $79 per month (or $749 per year) while we ramp the tier up. Once the beta wraps, new Elite subscribers will move to the standard rate of $99 per month ($949 per year). Lock in now and your subscription stays at the beta rate as long as you remain subscribed without lapse.

What is the MCP server and AI Trading Agents?

Elite includes our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, which lets AI clients like Claude, ChatGPT, and any other MCP-compatible LLM connect to your CrossTrade account through OAuth-scoped access. You can grant an AI agent permission to query account state, place orders, and manage strategies on your behalf — only within the scope you authorize. Learn more about AI Trading Agents.

Is it safe to let an AI place trades for me?

You retain full responsibility for every action an AI agent takes on your behalf. AI models can produce incorrect or unexpected output (hallucination is a real risk), so you should always monitor agent activity and never leave an AI unsupervised in a live account with capital you cannot afford to lose. Which AI clients work with the MCP server?

Any client that implements the Model Context Protocol can connect — including Anthropic Claude (desktop and web), OpenAI ChatGPT, and other LLM-based agents. The OAuth handshake is the same regardless of the client.

Can I revoke an AI agent's access at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From your account settings you can see every connected AI client and revoke its token with a single click. Revocation is immediate; any in-flight or future tool calls from that client are rejected. Trades the agent has already placed are not undone — you remain responsible for managing those positions.

What is Signal Share?

Signal Share lets you broadcast trade signals from one CrossTrade account to multiple recipient NinjaTrader accounts in real time. Signals run on our 5ms Chicago relay with priority handling. It is built for traders who run their own strategies across multiple machines or share signals with trusted peers — it is not a marketplace or paid-signal service.

Will CrossTrade work with any NinjaTrader account type?

Yes. Any NinjaTrader account type is compatible, including Demo, Sim, Live, and prop trading evaluation accounts. Compatibility with specific prop firms varies — see the next question.

Can I use CrossTrade with prop firm accounts?

Accepted Answer

CrossTrade is designed for retail traders using their own capital. Many prop firms explicitly prohibit third-party automation tools, trade copiers, or external routing. Using CrossTrade with a prop account may violate that firm's terms of service and result in disqualification, profit clawbacks, or other penalties. If you choose to do so, you do it at your own risk. Can I send alerts to multiple NinjaTrader accounts on Standard?

Yes. Use our Multi-Account placement feature to submit a single alert to multiple accounts. Simply separate the accounts with a comma in your command:

For per-account control (different sizing, position locks, separate P&L thresholds, ratio scaling), upgrade to Pro for the Account Manager and Trade Copier.

Do all plans include the NT8 Add-On?

Yes. Every plan ships with the NT8 Add-On and all features needed to send webhooks from an external platform like TradingView to NinjaTrader 8.

Yes. Updates to the core NinjaTrader Add-On and all CrossTrade products are included with every plan. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or feature scoping for new subscribers over time; your locked-in subscription rate stays the same as long as you remain subscribed without lapse.

Account credentials and brokerage API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS/SSL). Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
